The Sportbikes 101 DLC for RIDE 4 was developed and published by Milestone S.r.l. and released on November 26, 2020. It was issued as a compact content pack intended to expand the game’s motorcycle roster and offer a set of focused events that showcase the new machines.

The DLC adds five exclusive bikes — Aprilia RSV4 RF (2018), Honda CBR 300R (2017), Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R (2008), MV Agusta F3 675 Racing Modified (2019) and Yamaha YZF-R1 Racing Modified (2008) — and includes ten extra events that integrate with RIDE 4’s career and quick‑race modes, allowing players to race the new machines across the existing track roster and race formats. The pack emphasises authentic bike models and event variety so the additions feel both visually faithful and mechanically distinct within the simulation.

Promotion for Sportbikes 101 relied on Milestone’s standard channels, using the game’s storefront listing, screenshots and short gameplay clips on social and video platforms to spotlight the included motorcycles and the accompanying events; messaging positioned the pack as a focused roster expansion for riders who enjoy collecting and racing specific sportbike models. The DLC was presented as a compact add‑on aimed at players who prioritise licensed bikes and immediate career content.

Reception was generally positive, with the pack earning mostly positive user feedback and players praising the quality of the bike models and the extra events for adding quick career variety. Commentary noted that the DLC’s limited scope made it most appealing to collectors and fans of the featured sportbikes rather than those seeking large gameplay additions, but overall it was seen as a well‑executed, focused content update.
