Man arrested after upskirting incident at Droitwich Spa station

A man has been arrested following a reported upskirting incident at a railway station in Worcestershire.

Officers were called to Droitwich Spa railway station at around 7pm on Wednesday 22 April after a teenage girl was targeted.

Upskirting refers to the act of taking photographs or video underneath a person’s clothing without their consent.

The British Transport Police confirmed that an 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of voyeurism following the report.

A spokesperson said:

"Urgent enquiries were carried out, and an 18-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of voyeurism."
