Rail services have resumed following an earlier incident that led to the closure of the line between Rose Grove and Colne. Emergency services have now completed their work, allowing trains to run again along the affected section.

Although the route has reopened, passengers are being warned that disruption has not fully cleared. Trains may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes as services work to recover from the earlier stoppage, with knock-on effects expected to continue until at least 13:00.
