Transport for Wales has opened applications for its 2026 Future Leaders Graduate Scheme, with 11 roles available for graduates looking to play a part in transforming transport across Wales. The programme offers opportunities across both bus and rail, aimed at developing the next generation of transport professionals.

Successful candidates will join a two-year graduate scheme designed to provide practical, hands-on experience. Graduates will rotate through different teams within their chosen discipline, working on projects that contribute directly to changes across Wales’ transport network.

The scheme also places a strong emphasis on professional development. Participants will receive structured mentoring, access to development workshops, and financial support towards professional qualifications, helping them build the skills and knowledge needed for long-term careers in the transport sector.
