Brightline Turns Train Into Moving Dancefloor for Ultra Festival Weekend
Brightline is gearing up for a busy Spring Break period in Florida, linking travellers with a series of major events taking place across the state throughout March. The private intercity rail operator says the schedule will help families and groups of friends move easily between destinations as festivities take place across Central and South Florida.
One of the biggest highlights of the month will be the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, which runs from March 27 to 29. The event draws thousands of electronic dance music fans each year and is expected to be one of the busiest weekends on the network.
To mark the occasion, Brightline is introducing a new travel experience for 2026 designed specifically for festival-goers. A special Silent Disco PREMIUM Experience will take place on Friday, March 27, giving passengers a unique pre-party atmosphere during the journey to Miami.
The themed service will feature a live DJ performance delivered through personal headphones, alongside curated playlists aimed at building excitement before arrival at Bayfront Park. Passengers travelling in the PREMIUM service will also be offered upgraded food and drink options onboard, including Peroni and Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%.
Once the train arrives at MiamiCentral station, guests will be able to continue the celebrations at Happy Hour at Central Fare, a food collective and event space located on the second floor of the station.
The one-off southbound service will depart West Palm Beach at 2:00pm on Friday, March 27. It will then call at Boca Raton at 2:24pm and Fort Lauderdale at 2:42pm before arriving in Miami shortly before the festival gates open at 3:20pm.
Passengers can identify the train by selecting the service marked with the special event icon when booking.
