Kirkcaldy To Dundee Rail Disruption After Person Hit By Train
Rail passengers are facing disruption after a person was hit by a train between Kirkcaldy and Dundee.
All lines between the two locations are currently closed while emergency services attend the incident.
Trains running through the affected section may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised while the response continues.
Ticket acceptance is currently in place to help passengers complete their journeys. Tickets can be used at no extra cost on:
• ScotRail via any alternative route to your destination
• Stagecoach Buses between Kirkcaldy and Dundee
Passengers are being advised to check their journeys before travelling using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner.
Disruption is currently expected to continue until 20:30.
