Woman Sexually Assaulted On Jubilee Line Train Between London Bridge And West Hampstead
British Transport Police detectives have issued an appeal after a woman was sexually assaulted on a Jubilee Line train travelling between London Bridge and West Hampstead.
The incident happened at around 1.40pm on Thursday 28 May. The woman was sitting on board the train when a man, believed to have joined the service at either Bond Street or Green Park, approached and sat beside her.
Officers say he then sexually assaulted her while using a newspaper to hide what he was doing.
The woman confronted the man, who then moved away through the train before leaving the service at West Hampstead Underground station.
Detectives have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident. They believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
