All Lines Closed Between Lancaster And Barrow-in-Furness After Emergency Incident
Rail passengers are facing disruption between Lancaster and Barrow-in-Furness after emergency services were called to an incident on the line.
All lines between the two stations are currently closed while the incident is dealt with.
Trains running through the affected area may be cancelled, revised or delayed by up to 40 minutes.
The disruption is affecting services between Manchester Airport and Barrow-in-Furness, Preston and Corkickle, and Barrow-in-Furness and Millom.
Passengers planning to travel on these routes are being advised to check their journey before setting off using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner.
Disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day.
