Southampton To Fareham Trains Disrupted As Emergency Services Attend Incident
Passengers travelling between Southampton Central and Fareham via Swanwick are being warned of disruption while emergency services deal with an incident on the route.
Trains are currently running at reduced speed through the affected area, with services between Southampton Central and Fareham at risk of cancellation, delay, revision or diversion.
Delays of up to 15 minutes are possible, although some passengers may face longer journeys if their service is altered or diverted.
The disruption is affecting Great Western Railway services between Cardiff Central and Portsmouth Harbour, Southern services between Southampton Central and Brighton, and South Western Railway services between Southampton Central and Portsmouth & Southsea / London Waterloo.
Passengers travelling now may need to use an alternative route to complete their journey. Some trains may also be diverted or terminate at a different station from the one originally planned.

Disruption is expected to continue until at least 22:00.
