Glasgow Train Incident: Police Release Image in Urgent Appeal
Detectives investigating an incident on a train in Glasgow have released an image of a man they believe could assist with their enquiries.
Officers from British Transport Police say the incident took place at around 9.30pm on Saturday 21 March on a service travelling between Motherwell and Glasgow High Street railway station.
The man officers wish to speak to is described as white, aged in his 40s or 50s, with a slim build and standing at around 6ft tall. He is bald and was wearing a black hooded jacket along with black trousers at the time of the incident.
Police have also noted a distinctive feature, stating that the individual has a large tattoo on the back of his right hand.
Investigators believe the man may hold information that could be vital to progressing the case and are appealing directly to him, as well as to anyone who may recognise him, to come forward.
