New Cross And Peckham Rye Services Hit By Fire Next To Railway

Passengers are facing disruption after a fire broke out next to the railway between Canonbury and Peckham Rye, New Cross Gate and New Cross.

All lines in the affected area are currently disrupted, with trains subject to cancellation, delays or revised schedules while the incident is dealt with.

The disruption is affecting services through part of the London rail network, and passengers are being advised to check before travelling.

Services are suspended as follows:

• between New Cross Gate and West Croydon

• between Surrey Quays and New Cross

• between Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington
