Rail services recovering after Bethnal Green emergency incident disrupts network
All lines into and out of London Liverpool Street railway station have now reopened following an earlier incident near Bethnal Green railway station that required emergency services attendance.
While trains are running again, disruption is continuing as services recover across the route. Passengers travelling to and from Liverpool Street are being warned of delays of up to 30 minutes, along with cancellations and last-minute alterations.
Greater Anglia has said it is working to restore services to the planned timetable, but the network is expected to remain unsettled into the evening.
The disruption is currently forecast to continue until around 20:45, with passengers advised to check before travelling as further changes may occur at short notice while normal service resumes.
