British Transport Police Hunt Two Men Over Glasgow Station Theft

British Transport Police has issued images of two men officers want to identify following a reported theft at Glasgow Central railway station.

The incident took place at around 10.20am on 1 December 2025 inside a premises within the station.

Police say the first man they wish to trace is described as white, with dark facial hair, and was wearing a black woolly hat, black coat, grey trousers and black trainers. Officers said he was also carrying a white Lacoste paper bag at the time.

The second man is described as white and was wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket over a white T-shirt, black trousers and black boots.

British Transport Police believes the men pictured may be able to assist officers with their enquiries into the alleged theft and has now appealed to the public for help identifying them.

Anyone who recognises the individuals or has information connected to the incident is being asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 186 of 1 December 2025.
