Hull Rail Arson: CCTV Images Released in Probe
Detectives have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into an arson incident close to Hull Paragon Interchange.
The fire was started on Wednesday 22 April after a man reportedly entered a yard on Wilberforce Street in Hull and ignited a blaze inside a derelict building next to the railway line. He is then believed to have left the area on foot, heading towards the city centre.
Emergency crews from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene and brought the fire under control. No injuries were reported.
Officers say the individual captured in the CCTV images may be able to assist with enquiries and are appealing for the public’s help in identifying him.
