Man Seen Masturbating on Bedford Train as Police Release Image

Detectives have released an image after a man was reportedly seen exposing himself and masturbating on board a train at Bedford railway station.

The incident happened shortly before 6am on Sunday 26 April after the man boarded a southbound service at the station.

According to investigators, the man began walking through the train while exposing himself and masturbating before the service had even departed.

A passenger witnessed the incident and alerted railway staff, who then removed the man from the train.

British Transport Police officers believe the individual shown in the released image may be able to assist with enquiries and are appealing to the public for help identifying him.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to text 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 110 of 26 April. Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
