Rail Lines Shut Near Kew Bridge as Police Handle Ongoing Incident

An incident near the railway at Kew Bridge railway station earlier forced the closure of all lines in the area, whilst the police dealt with the situation.

Services running between Barnes railway station and Brentford railway station are still being heavily affected, with trains either cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or altered. Residual disruption is still expected to remain in place until at least 22:00 as service recovery takes place

South Western Railway has arranged ticket acceptance on selected alternative transport options to help passengers complete their journeys.
