Windrush Line Disruption As Driver Shortage Hits London Overground Services

Windrush line passengers are facing disruption after a shortage of train drivers forced a reduced service to be introduced.

Services on the route may be cancelled or revised, with disruption expected to continue until the end of the day.

The issue is affecting trains between Highbury & Islington and Crystal Palace / West Croydon, as well as services between Dalston Junction and New Cross / Battersea Park / Clapham Junction.

Passengers have also been warned that any services which do operate are likely to be very busy because of the Arsenal Victory Parade taking place in north London.

Anyone planning to travel on the Windrush line is advised to check their journey before setting off using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner.
